CNBMI Logistics and DHL Global Signed Strategic Framework Agreement and Logistics Service Cooperation Agreement

On May 15, CNBMI Logistics and DHL Global Forwarding (China) Co., Ltd. (DHL) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, the two sides would establish a comprehensive strategic partnership in Greater China, and actively carry out cooperation in logistics, supply chain and cross-border e-commerce. At the same time, the two parties, based on the existing business and resources of Yantian Port in Shenzhen, signed a cooperation agreement for logistics service, marking the upcoming substantive logistics business cooperation. Mr. Duan Yingnan, General Manager of CNBMI Logistics and Mr. Cheng Huitian, President of DHL Global for South China attended the signing ceremony and concluded the agreement on behalf of both parties. 

Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held warm and pragmatic discussions and exchanges, respectively introduced the overall situations of CNBMI Logistics and DHL Global Forwarding Greater China. They carried out extensive exchanges on development direction and goals of the future cooperation, application of intelligent information technology, business functions and modeled development. The two sides unanimously affirmed the significance of the signing and cooperation, and hoped to continue to expand the scope and scale of cooperation and continuously improve the level of logistics specialization.
